1. Competition Judge

Are you passionate about critical thinking and fair assessment? As a Judge, you will play a crucial role in evaluating student projects, robotics performance, and overall innovation. Your expertise helps us identify and celebrate the brightest talents. Prior experience in STEM fields or judging is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.

• Evaluate team presentations and engineering notebooks.
• Observe robotics matches and assess strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback to student teams.
• Participate in award deliberations.

2. Team Coach / Mentor

Do you love nurturing talent and sharing knowledge? As a Coach, you will work closely with student teams, guiding them through the challenges of design, build, and programming. Your mentorship is vital for their success, fostering critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. No advanced robotics experience is required, just a willingness to guide and encourage!

• Provide technical guidance and encouragement to teams.
• Help students understand game rules and strategies.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving.

3. General Event Support

Prefer to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes? Our General Event Support volunteers are the backbone of the championship. You’ll assist with various crucial tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants and attendees.

• Registration and check-in desk assistance.
• Wayfinding and ushering attendees.
• Setup and breakdown of event areas.
• Logistical support (materials distribution, runner tasks).
• Audience engagement and crowd management.
